Needle away Allergies

My allergies were awful, and I had mild sinus infections, and sinus headaches. Most days, it felt like someone was crushing my eyes.

About one years ago, I read about acupuncture. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it works by improving the flow of energy, or "qi," through your body. Research shows that it prompts your body to release chemicals that can ease pain and inflammation.

I don't like needles, but nothing else was helping, so I decided to try it. While I laid on my back, the Dr. Regina put needles in my face and hands. I didn't notice many of them. At most, I felt a quick pinch.

I immediately felt relaxed. After six sessions, the pressure in my head eased, and my allergies and asthma started to subside. It is my great experience. - S. Chou
